Chili fried potatoes or as we call it in Lebanese “Batata harra” is an easy dish to prepare and has a lot of delicious flavors.
You can prepare it as a hot side dish along with Hummus and Tabbouleh if you are on a vegan diet.
If you eat meat then this recipe is a lovely accompaniment to a grilled chicken or fish.
