I made a lamb heart curry tonight it was amazing and hot as hell with all the chili’s thats in the paste lol 👹👺👺👺(10 nagas and 4 other super hots) 👺👹👹👺 but it looks like a masala 😉
Al i had to do was fry the paste with a onion some garlic and ginger add the lamb heart high heat then reduce heat add tomato paste then the double cream n simmer
