List of ingredients
1 kg ground pork
100 gms ground pork’s fat
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda diluted in 1 tsp water.
100 grams carrots (best if half cooked boiled)
500 gms shrimp peeled and chopped thinly
1/2 cup spring onion chopped thinly
1/2 tsp ground pepper
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp seasoning granules
4 tsps soy sauce
1 egg
2 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp sesame oil
50 pcs medium wonton wrappers
Chili oil
4 heads garlic
250 grms spicy chili (labuyo)
400 ml cooking oil
Dipping sauce
1 cup water
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
I have made 50 big siomai
You can use small wrappers if you want to produce more siomai
