Chicken Marination
Chicken – 500 grams
corn flour – 3 tbsp
All Purpose Flour – 1 tbsp
Egg – 1
Salt – 1/2 tbsp
Black Pepper Powder – 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
Vinegar – 1 tbsp

2 tbsp sesame oil
2 garlic cloves, chopped
3-4 green chilies, sliced
1 tsp vinegar
1 tbsp soy/soya sauce
1 tsp chili sauce/paste
2 tbsp tomato paste
6 tbsp ketchup
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
Chilli Sauce:

Water – 1 Cup
Garlic (Chopped) – 1 tbsp
Green Chilli (Chopped) – 1
Onion (Cube Cut) – 1 small
Hot Sauce – 1 tbsp
Tomato Sauce – 2 tbsp
Soy Sauce – 2 tsp
Salt – ½ tsp
Black Pepper Powder – ¼ tsp
Corn Flour – 2 tsp

Ingredients:
500 g chicken boneless thigh or breast, cubed
4 tbsp corn flour
1 tbsp flour
1 egg
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp lemon juice or vinegar
CHILI CHICKEN SAUCE:
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 garlic cloves, chopped
3-4 green chilies, sliced
1 tsp vinegar
1 tbsp soy/soya sauce
1 tsp chili sauce/paste
2 tbsp tomato paste
6 tbsp ketchup
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
some sesame seeds
some green chilies for garnish
