Chili Garlic Sauce Recipe
Recipe in English / Urdu / Hindi
Ingredient :
-Tomato (Tamatar): 1000 gms
-Button Red Chilies ( Sabat Lal Mirch ): 1/4 Cup
-Garlic Cloves ( Lehsan ): 1/4 Cup
-White Vinegar ( Sirka ): 1/2 Cup
-Brown Sugar Or Sugar ( Cheeni ): 1/2 Cup
– Salt ( Namak ) : 1/2 tsp
-Black Pepper Powder ( Kali Mirch ka Powder ): 1 tsp
Direction :
-First Of all, Take a Karahi to add water and Tomato then boil it For 8-10 minutes. Then peel off the tomato then blend it tomato paste is ready.
-Take a button red chilies to dip it in Hot water for 20-30 minutes then after 20 minutes add in blend jug and garlic cloves add water to blend it .garlic chili paste is ready.
-Take a karahi to add tomato paste and garlic chili paste then add vinegar, sugar, salt, black pepper cook it until chili garlic sauce become thick enough.
