Inspector’s note: The establishment must remain closed. Progress has been made as both bathrooms are repaired and operational, new ceiling tiles are waiting to be installed, pest control is scheduled to come the following day, the floor near the 3 compartment sink is being repaired, a new faucet for the 3 compartment sink is set to be delivered on Monday, there is no molded food present, and the employee health policy is present.
