Welcome back to my channel. In this video I am doing another what I eat in a day video. I also show you guys how to make a pumpkin spice latte hot or cold AND how to make crockpot chili.

Pumpkin Spice Latte:
2 TBS 100% Pumkin Puree
1/2 Tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 caramel or vanilla premier protein
Mix all ingredients together and enjoy!
Crockpot Chili Recipe:
I can black beans
2 cans diced tomatoes
2 cans kidney beans
96% Lean Ground beef
Cook ground beef and add all ingredients and dump into crockpot.
