Well, you need to boil soya nuggets with salt for 5 minutes. That will help remove starch and make the chunks softer. Squeeze out all the water after dunking the nuggets in cold water immediately after removal from a hot bath.
Boil in water along with a little amount of salt.
Marinate with 1 tbsp of rice flour, 1 tsp of extra virgin olive oil, and salt for 30 minutes. Bake in an air fryer for 20-25 minutes at 200 degrees or until golden crisp.
