Ingredients:
beef 500g(julienne cut)
salt 1 tsp
hot water 1 cup
cook the beef
take another pan
oil 2 tbsp
ghee 2tsp
garlic chopped 1tbsp
ginger chopped 1 tbsp
add beef
red chili 1 tsp
black pepper 1 tsp
little amount water
you can use beef stock
soya sauce 1tsp
chili sauce 1tsp
oyster sauce 1 tsp
suger 1/2 tsp
capsicum
cornflour 2 tbsp
greenchili
cook the beef chili on high flame..
