This spicy red chili hot sauce is a must have on the side if you enjoy spicy kick.
Hot Red Chili Sauce Recipe:
Ingredients :
Red Chilies – 1 1/2 lbs
Garlic Clove – 16 ct
White Vinegar – as needed
Salt – 2 tsp
Sugar – 1/2 cup
Preparation :
Step 1
Cooking Chilies :
Slice all the red chilies. For this recipe I have taken mixed red-hot chilies like super chili peppers and two types of red jalapenos. You can use any red-hot chilies. Pick ones with more skin on them to get enough sauce. Add garlic cloves and add just enough vinegar to cover the chilies. Cook them until the garlic cloves softens.
Step 2
Blending :
Use a slotted spoon and move only the chilies and garlic cloves into a blender. If you want to tone down the heat slightly, leave the seeds in the pan and strain all the vinegar with a strainer into the blender. Blend them until it blend into fine-sauce consistency. If you see any pulp, strain the sauce through a fine mesh sieve, pushing out as much liquid as possible with a spatula, and occasionally scrape.
Step 3
Cooking Sauce :
Put the sauce back on the stove over medium heat. Add salt and sugar, stir until you get the sauce-consistency. Remove from heat, taste, and adjust the seasoning with the more sugar if needed.
Storage :
Move it into an air tight container and store in the fridge for 2-3 months
