It Is A Delicious Dipping Sauce Suitable For Chow Mein, Lo Mein, Wonton Noodles, Chicken Fry, And Just About Anything. You Can Also Add It To Soup To Make A Szechuan Spicy Broth Taste.
It Is A Great Addition When Cooking Food Or Just Use This Chili Oil As A Dipping Sauce.

How I Am Cooking Homemade Chili Oil;

My Chili Oil Recipe;
60 ml Olive Oil Or Grapeseed Oil
1 tsp Szechuan Pepper Corn Crushed
1/3 tsp Black Pepper Corn
1 Small Piece Ginger
1/3 Crushed Garlic

—— In An Air-Tight Jar
1 Bay Leaf
3 tsp Sesame Seeds
1 Star Anise (Optional)
1 tsp Sesame Oil
2-4 tsp Chili Flakes Or Crushed Dry Chili

How I Cooked Chili Oil;
In A Pat, Heat 60 ml Olive Oil. Add 1 Small Piece of Ginger And Crushed Garlic. Let Heat.
When Oil Is Hot, Transfer And Slowly Pour Into Air Tight Jar (with all the natural ingredients).
Let It Sizzle And Let The Oil Infused Into The Natural Ingredients.

Let Cool… And Store In Refrigerator For Up To 6 Months.
Use This Chili Oil For Future Cooking, Or As A Dipping Sauce.
