Sweet chili sauce is delicious and so simple to make. You can whip up a batch in 10 or 15 minutes. It keeps nicely in the fridge for a few days, as well. The great thing about the recipe is that it uses a few simple ingredients: water, sugar, salt, garlic, crushed chili flakes, and corn starch.
