Chinese chili sauce recipe (duojiaojiang)

Chinese duojiao sauce
Ingredients: fresh chilies, garlic, ginger, salt, sugar.

Chop up all the ingredients, mix them and put them in jars to ferment for a few days, then store in the fridge.

I feel like I didn’t translate very well this time, just feeling really brain dead for the last couple of days.

This sauce is used in a number of Chinese dishes including the duojiaoyuto (chili fish head).

This is a great way to store chilies if you have too many on your tree.
