Recipe:
No Soak Black Chili Beans
makes 5 Quarts-
To each quart sized jar, add:
1 c black beans, rinsed and sorted
1/4 c salsa
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
Fill the jar rest of the way with boiling water, leave 1 inch head space.
Process quarts for 90 minutes.
