I really hope you’ve enjoyed watching this video. I’ll write down the ingredients and steps down below. Please like, comment your thoughts and share this video with your friends and family. lots of love xoxo.
Ingredients
1 mango
2 chili peppers (use any that you prefer; jalapeno, habanero etc)
1 lemon or lime
1 tablespoon of cooking oil (I used olive oil)
salt (to taste)
Steps
Blend the mango and chili until you get a smooth mixture (I prefer leaving the seeds in the chili)
Pour the mixture into a nonstick pan then add a tablespoon of cooking oil and salt to taste.
Stir to make sure all the ingredients are properly mixed.
Switch on your cooker and let it cook for 2 minutes on medium heat until it bubbles up.
Squeeze in half a lemon/lime and stir then let it cook for a minute after this.
PS: the whole cooking process takes roughly 3 and half minutes.
Transfer the sauce into a container of your choice then squeeze the other half of the lemon/lime juice into the sauce.
Give it a proper stir and let it cool.
Serve however you prefer (love love love it with fries)
It can stay refrigerated up to 2 weeks but it normally doesn’t last that long in my house.
