Easy Healthy Recipes | Granola | Chicken Salad | Vegan Chili | Low Cal Ice Cream

Hey everyone in todays video I show you how to cook 3 healthy meal options and a low cal desert. When cooking I like to aim for low budget recipes that anyone can eat. I will have the recipes down below if you didn’t catch something in the video. Let me know if you try any of them out!

Granola
1 cup oats
1/2 cup nuts
1 tb coconut oil
2 tb syrup
sprinkle of cinnamon
preheat oven to 350 and cook for 20-25 minutes

Yogurt bowl
1/2 cup vegan or non vegan yogurt
1/2 cup blueberries
1 tb chia seeds
1/2 homemade granola

chicken
chicken breast
marinate in 2 tb soy sauce 2 tb sesame oil
preheat oven to 375 and cook for 20-30 minutes

salad
2 cups romaine lettuce
1/2 cup cabbage
1/2 cup edamame
1/2 cup shredded carrot

salad dressing
2 tb rice wine vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
1tsp soy sauce
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp sweetener of your choice (sugar, honey, syrup)
sprinkle of garlic powder

Vegan chili
cut carrot and celery and cook on medium heat for 10 minutes in olive oil
can of rinsed lentils
can of rinsed chick peas
can of rinsed kidney beans
can of crushed tomatoes
sprinkle garlic powder
sprinkle chili powder
cook on low for 10-15 minutes until everything is warm

Dessert
low fat cool whip
1/2 pack of jello pudding
