I couldn’t think of anything to cook on Inauguration Day! So, I cooked up a one-pot chili and it was VERY tasty!
I only thought about sharing after I had completed the cooking process. So, Here is the recipe. I will like my other chili recipe that is how I fixed this pot. The only thing is a added an extra pound of beef and the French’s Chili O that I purchased from Sam’s.
3 Cans of Trappey Beans (1pinto & 2red beans)
3 lbs of 80/20 Ground Chuck
1 Package of 2-Alarm Chili Mix( MINUS masa and red pepper packet)
2/3 cup of French’s Chili O
1 can of rotel tomatoes
24 oz Hunt’s tomato sauce
15 oz can of Hunt’s diced tomatoes
I used Frito corn chips
Kraft shredded Colby Jack cheese
