Chickpeas –250 gms

Cornflour– 1 tablespoon

Garlic– 7 cloves

Ginger–.50 gms

Onion– 1 big

Green Chili Sauce–1 tspn

Red Chilli Sauce– 1 tspn

Dark Soy Sauce–1 rspn

Vinegar– 1 tspn

Tomato Ketchup–2 tspn

Salt to taste

Oil for frying

Veggies of your choice– Green, Red and Yellow Bellpepper
