Such a unique combo, sounds delicious.
Omg this sounds amazing. Incorporating a mole sauce somewhere would’ve been the cherry on top.
Less is more with burgers.
I’m about to go to bed, I did not need this.
I make a much simpler version of a chorizo burger on a toasted bun, and I top it with pickled jalapeños and chipotle sauce mixed into sour cream
