It’s a winter storm here in St. Louis and sooo cold. A good pot of chili is always best in this type of weather. Ingredients:
1lb of ground turkey
Chicken broth
Green, orange, yellow pepper
1 onion
3 cans of chili beans
1.5 packets of chili seasoning mix
1 can of Rotel tomatoes and chilis
1 can of crushed tomatoes & diced tomatoes
Jalapeños
Brown sugar
Flour to thicken if needed
Other spices to taste
