1 Large Onion Chopped
3 Cloves Chopped Garlic
2 Cans Crushed or Diced Tomatoes
2 Cans Red Kidney Beans
2 Cans Mushrooms Whole or Stems and Pieces
Chili Powder
Salt and Pepper
