INGREDIENTS:
* 8 poblano chilis (available at most Mexican produce stores)
* 1 Tbsp Garlic powder
* 10 thumb size Ginger peeled, or 1 cup blended ginger paste
* 4 bundles Scallions
* 4 large large Onion
* 8 Green long chilis (AKA Barker’s peppers)
* 20 Habanero chilis (more or less per preferred heat level desired)
* 3 Anaheim peppers
* 2 bundles fresh kale (strip leaves, add pinch of salt & pepper, drizzle with olive oil, and bake for 5 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit till chips are formed)
* Salt to taste
* 6 tbsp herb and spice blend (substitute with 1/2 cup any fresh/fragrant herb of your preference, such as basil, parsley or cilantro) link recipe 👉🏼
* 3 tbsp all purpose seasoning (substitute with 3 bouillon cubes-chicken or shrimp)
* 1 liter avocado oil
* 1 cup cold pressed coconut oil
