✓ CHILLI IDLI BATTER RECIPE:
* Corn Flour
* Plain Flour
* Gram Flour

* Black Pepper
* Red Chilli Powder

* Red Food Colour
Idli pieces are dipped in the above batter & deep fried in vegetable oil.
(Just in case you didn’t know: Idli are savoury steamed cakes made with a batter consisting of fermented de-husked black lentils and rice).
The above fried Idli pieces are then added to the below cooked gravy.
