Ingredients: 1 small yellow onion diced, 2 garlic cloves diced, 1 jalapeño diced, 1 medium sweet potato diced, 1 can black beans(drained and rinsed), 1 can fire roasted tomatoes, 1 tbsp tomato paste, 1 tsp apple cider vinegar, 1 tbsp chili powder, 1 tsp cumin, 1/4 cinnamon, 1 tsp cocoa powder, salt to taste.
