CHILI GARLIC OIL | EASY HOMEMADE RESTAURANT STYLE CHILI GARLIC SAUCE

This CHILI GARLIC OIL recipe will make you stop buying expensive chili garlic oil. It is very easy to make and the taste is incredibly delicious. Perfect with dumplings, soup and so many dishes. You only need few ingredients that is very easy to get. This recipe makes a lot so you don’t need to do it again and again. It also has long shelf life just keep it in mason jar and store it in your pantry. You can also adjust the level of spiciness by using less chilies. I tell you this recipe is a WINNER.

Ingredients:
1 cup chilies
1 cup garlic
100ml vegetable oil
100ml soy sauce
100ml oyster sauce
125grams white sugar
half pocket Ginisa Mix (optional) though I didn’t use it because it’s not available.
