Hi guys! I have a new delicious and easiest Sour Soup recipe. It’s called Fish Sinigang. One of my favorite Filipino dishes that is easy to prepare, beginner-friendly and flavorful. It’s a healthy Filipino soup. I hope you’re give this recipe a try. 🙂 Thank you. – Rea.
Fish Sinigang Ingredients:
282 grams Salmon
3 tbsp Oil
134 grams Onion
20 grams Ginger, peeled
181 grams Tomato, 2 medium-sized
28 grams Jalapeno or Siling Pangsigang
4 cups Water
2 tsp Lemon juice
1 tsp Soy sauce
38 grams Tamarind Paste
4-5 Taro Root
2 large handful of Spinach
2-3 heads of Baby bokchoy
1/2 tsp Salt, to taste
1/4 tsp Ground black pepper
