Corn mixed with butter and chilli sause, simple recipe for weight loss try once

Whole fresh one corn steamed and removed flakes add chilli sauce as per spicy as needed, add 50 gm of butter,in it, add salt 1 pinch as needed, put the mixer in oven proof container, do not use steel plate or aluminum foil, switch on over 1 mints, after that take ou the mixture and mix nicely, enjoy, serve as hot, delicious butter corn..
