Anyways, my chicken chili recipe is super easy!!! Let me know how you like it if you try it out
1. Cube (1/2 inch) 4 large chicken breasts. Cool chicken until browned / no pink in a large frying pan (do not add oil or spray)
2. Add two 15-oz cans of petite diced tomatoes
3. Add three or four 7-oz cans diced or chopped green chilis
4. Add 1 packet low sodium chili seasoning
5. Mix and cook on low for 20 minutes.
And enjoy!
**^ Tips ***
If you like it spicier, add some cayenne pepper or additional chili seasoning.
Top with shredded Mexican cheese, sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
I like it served with fresh Italian bread and butter.
Make it a wrap! I love this chili as a wrap the second day. I put a big blob on a wrap, and add lettuce, plain green yogurt, and avocado slices. Yum!
