Ingredients
red chilli 15 nos
tomato 1
onion
garlic
salt
sugar
vinegar
water
process
soak chillies in hot water for 15-20 mins and grind with onion garlic and tomato and add the grinded paste into the pan and when it comes to boil add salt sugar and at last when it turns thick add vinegar and turn off the stove
serve as dip, can be used in fried rice and also in manchurian varieties
