Ingredients for Chicken Chilli
300gm Boneless Chicken
1 Tsp Cornflour
Salt to Taste
1/2 Tsp white pepper powder
1 Egg
3 Dried Red Chilli
2 Garlic Cloves
2 Tbsp Soya Sauce
1/2 Tsp white pepper powder
1/2 Tsp Vinegar
1/2 Chicken Cube
1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
1 Tsp Ginger
1 Tsp Garlic
2 Green Chillies
1 Onion
1 capsicum
Spring Onion
300ml Water
Cornflour-water slurry

Ingredients for Chicken fried rice
250 gms rice
Salt to Taste
Juice of ½ Lemon
1 Tbsp oil
200 gms Boneless Chicken
½ Tsp Soya Sauce
One Tsp corn flour
Salt to Taste
½ Tsp Pepper Powder
One Tbsp oil
2 Eggs
2 Tbsp oil
2 Tbsp Chopped Garlic
Some spring onion whites
2 Tbsp chopped carrots
2 tbsp capsicum
1 green chilli chopped
½ Tsp Soya Sauce
1 tsp white pepper powder
1 tsp vinegar
Some Spring Onions
Add the Scrambled eggs
