Ingredients :
For The Dough :
▪️2 cup’s all-purpose flour
▪️Salt to taste
▪️Water (for kneading)
For The Chicken Filling :
▪️300 GM chicken (minced)
▪️1/2 cup onions, fine chopped
▪️1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
▪️1 tbsp garlic, finely chopped
▪️1 tsp ginger, finely chopped
▪️1/2 tsp red chilli flakes
For The Chilli Garlic Sauce :
▪️Oil 1 tbsp
▪️Garlic cloves 5/6 nos.
▪️Green chilli – 2 nos.
▪️Schezwan sauce 1 tbsp
▪️Soya sauce 1 tbsp
▪️Veniger 1 tbsp
▪️Tomato Ketchup 2/3 tbsp
▪️Salt to taste
