2 lbs extra lean ground turkey
1 medium onion
1 can corn
1 can kidney beans
1 can black beans
1 small can tomato paste
1 can chopped tomatoes
Seasonings: garlic powder, paprika, cayenne, chili powder, cumin, salt to taste.
