Maple Bourbon Chili turned out SO good! Holy crap. Make this!
Recipe:
1 lb. extra-lean ground beef
1 medium yellow onion chopped
2 garlic cloves minced
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 (15 oz.) can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 (14.5 oz.) can petite diced tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 cup bourbon
1/4 cup maple syrup
Optional: Up to 1 cup of water I use 1/2 cup
