200 gm. Sweet corn
4 tbsp. corn flour
4 tbsp. maida
Salt to taste
¼ tsp. black pepper powder
Oil for frying
For Corn Chilli –
2 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. ginger garlic paste
1 onion, chopped
1 medium capsicum, chopped
Salt to taste
2 dry red chilli, chopped
¼ tsp. black pepper powder
1 tbsp. tomato ketchup
1 tbsp. corn flour for slurry
½ tsp. red chilli powder
