Making chili sauce and tasting hot sauce!

I met Jacob Jørgsholm in Copenhagen. He’s an innovative chef and owner of Feed Bistro at Nørrebro. (Nørrebro is like Brooklyn in NYC).
But most important – Jacob is a really nice guy, with a great YouTube channel and even greater sense of humor. 🤣
We are making a Guajillo sauce and tasting different hot sauces 🙂
