Pineapple Chili Sauce Recipe | SWEET, SPICY, TANGY Pineapple Sweet Chili Sauce

Pineapple Sweet Chili Sauce is a sweet, spicy, and slightly tangy sauce with the goodness of pineapples. You can use it as a dip or in any other recipe to make it taste amazing.

Materials
1 cup Pineapple diced
2-3 small Bird eye chilies chopped (stems removed)
4-5 cloves garlic
ÂĽ Cup Pineapple Juice can be replaced with water
2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
½ Cup Brown Sugar
½ tablespoon Salt
1 tablespoon Cornstarch
2 tablespoons water

Instructions

Puree ingredients in a food processor (excluding cornstarch and water). Blend until smooth.
Pour the pureed mixture into a sauté pan and simmer on low heat for 2-3 minutes.
Combine Cornstarch and water. Pour the cornstarch slurry in a sauté pan and whisk well until combined. Make sure there are no lumps.
Notes
You can use any chilies that you have at hand. It is not necessary that you have to use bird’s eye chilies.
