→ Chili:
2lb ground beef or turkey (whatever you prefer!)
1 large can of crushed tomatoes
1 regular can of tomato sauce
2-alarm chili mix (use masa at end if you need it thick. I use 1/4 of the red pepper because Andy doesn’t like too spicy!)
2 cans of beans (I use dark kidney)
can or two of water depending on how thick/thin you like it!
watch to see how I season my meat! (black pepper, italian seasoning, trader joe’s onion salt)
— cook meat & season. Once browned, add 2-alarm chili mix. Everything except the masa and gauge the red pepper to your spicy desire! Add crushed tomatoes and tomato sauce. Drain the beans and add. Add water depending on how thin you like it. It will thicken as it cooks too so keep that in mind! Cook on low for about an hour!
