1) Boneless chicken pieces : 300 gram
2) Whole egg : 1 no
3) Ginger garlic paste : 1 tsp
4) Salt : 1/2 tsp
5) Black Pepper Powder : 1 tsp
6) Refined oil : for deep frying
🔶For Making the Gravy :
1) Refined oil : 2 tbsp
2) Big diced onion : 2 nos
3) Green Capsicum : 1 no
4) Grated ginger : 1/2 tsp
5) Chopped garlic : 2 tsp
6) chopped green chillies : 5 nos
7) Spring onion white part : 1 tbsp
8) Spring onion green part : 3 tbsp
9) White vinegar : 1/2 tbsp
10) Red Chilli Sauce : 2 tbsp
11) Dark Soya Sauce : 2 tbsp
12) Tomato ketchup : 1 tbsp
13) Water : 200 ml or as required
14) Salt : according to taste
15) Black Pepper Powder : 1 tsp
16) Slurry : Cornflour 1 tbsp + 2 tbsp water
