FRIED EGG
INGREDIENTS
1 egg
Salt to taste
Ground Black Pepper to taste
½ tsp butter
Salt to taste
Ground Black Pepper to taste
INSTRUCTION –
FOR EGG –
1. Brush butter on a microwave – safe plate
2. Crack & break an egg
3. Sprinkle salt & black pepper.
4. Microwave 45 seconds
Omelette
INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
1 tbsp chopped onion
1 tbsp chopped tomato
1 tbsp chopped bell peppers
1 tbsp baby corn
1 chopped green chili
Pinch of salt
INSTRUCTIONS –
1. In a mug, whisk eggs.
2. Add onion, chili, bell peppers, tomato, baby corn & salt. Mix well
3. Microwave for 2 – 3 minutes.
4. Serve hot & enjoy.
SCRAMBLED EGG –
1 Egg
Ground Black Pepper – to taste
Salt – to taste
INSTRUCTIONS –
1. In another mug, whisk 1 egg with salt & pepper.
2. Microwave for 1 minute.
3. Scramble the egg with fork & serve.
