This easy homemade basic Multi Purpose Chili Paste in Chili Oil that can be the base for the many delicious dishes. For examples simply add to the noodle dish for final touch, sauté vegetables & meat with it, add to the meat marinade, add to the soup for flavors, & so much more. I used Korean red pepper (chili) flakes to make it easier for this recipe. Along with other simple ingredients I also used for this paste are vegetable oil (or peanut oil), finely chopped onion, green onions, minced garlic & ginger. Make sure turn off the heat when adding red pepper flakes (Korean gochugaru). Season with salt & pepper for your taste. Keep Refrigerated
