We love #chili special in this cold weather
So today I made my special #chili made with beer
Depends how much you like to make you can double the amount if you make more
Recipe;
2-3 pounds ground beef
1 big onion 🧅 or 2-3 small
3-4 garlic gloves
2 quarts of beef broth
1/2 cup of sugar
Salt and pepper to your taste
2 cups diced carrots
All kinds of canned beans
Black beans ,navy beans ,pinto beans ,Northern beans,
I also used can of chickpeas ,and can of corn,
I like to wash them
Tomato sauce
Crushed tomatoes 🍅
Tomato paste
1/2 hour before its done
Add one can or bottle of beer
