I finished my rayu chili oil so I made a new version. Enjoy it on rice, ramen tofu, pretty much anything!

Ingredients :
– 4 tbsp sesame oil
– 6 tbsp rapeseed oil
– 5 garlic cloves
– 3 to 5 dried red chili
– 3 tbsp chopped spring onion or leek
– 1/2 tsp sugar
– 1/2 tsp kosher salt
– 1/2 tsp soy sauce
– 2 tbsp Korean chili flake or ichimi powder
