Vegan sweet chili ‘chicken’

INGREDIENTS:
*none of the ingredients for this recipe have to strictly be in the amounts I’ve used them, you can add or reduce to your own preferences.

2 cups of hot vegetable broth
2 cups dry soy meat
1 tsp salt and pepper for seasoning the ‘meat’
1 cup of flour
vegetable oil for frying
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 of red onion
3 tbsp green onion
1 red bell pepper
1/2 cup of fresh pineapple
1/3 cup of cherry tomatoes
1 tsp salt and pepper
1 cup of water
1 tbsp of flour
5 tbsp sweet chili sauce

*If you are using tofu instead then don’t soak it but just season it to your own preferences and there is no need to pre-fry it but you could if you want it a bit stiffer.
