I absolutely love Hot Chili Garlic Oil and use it on a variety of foods I eat. This video will demonstrate a recipe for Hot Chili Garlic Oil using fresh chillies and garlic as most online recipes use dried pepper flakes. I will be using fresh cayenne peppers along with some italian softneck garlic that I grew in my backyard garden. This is another entry in my “from garden to jar” series.
