Howdy 👋🏼 Welcome to Vlogmas 2021, Day 11 😍🎄🎅🏼❤️ 🙌🏼 I am showing you my way of making chili, in a crock pot! I used noodles and cheese also. This is my favorite in the colder months! This is what my mom made growing up, I just tweaked it a little. It is so delicious and not to mention cheap!
Recipe:
-elbow macaroni noodles
-shredded cheese (preferably cheddar)
Crockpot:
-chili powder (to taste)
-ground meat (beef or turkey)
-2 cans of red kidney beans- drained
-2 cans of rotel/diced tomatoes
-1 can of chili beans
-1-2 cans of tomato paste (depends on thickness, 1 use 2)
-1-3 cans of water (I use 1)
All In crock pot on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours
Serve with Elbow macaroni noodles & cheese (can also add oyster crackers and/or peanut butter crackers)
