It’s Veganuary and here at Chilli No. 5, we are encouraging everyone to embrace a vegan diet this month. So today we have a delicious and healthy vegan recipe for you to try at home – Tofu Vegan Scrambled Eggs.
You’ll need chopped onions, garlic, and mushrooms. Fry them in a pan with good quality virgin olive oil, then crumble in some tofu before adding a generous portion of spinach. Add in some black pepper, black salt, and Curcuma. Finish this incredible dish off with a generous portion of our Spicy Sweet Chilli Sauce.
