here we are going to make two type of chili pickle

you can store pickle 3 to 4 month in fridge

Recipe ingredients:

green chili pickle

✓150 gm:- green chili (Hari mirch)
✓1tbsp :- split mustard (raai kuriya)
✓1 tsp:- split coriander (dhaniya kuriya)
✓1tsp:- split Fenugreek (methi kuriya)
✓1tsp:- asafoetida (hing)
✓11tbsp:- turmeric powder (haldi)
✓2tbsp:- lemon juice
✓1tbsp:- salt

Red chilli pickle

✓150 gm:- red chili (lal mirch)
✓1tbsp :- split mustard (raai kuriya)
✓1 tsp:- split coriander (dhaniya kuriya)
✓1tsp:- split Fenugreek (methi kuriya)
✓1tsp:- asafoetida (hing)
✓11tbsp:- turmeric powder (haldi)
✓1tsp:- lemon juice
✓1tbsp:- jaggery (gur)
✓1tbsp:- salt
