Venison Chili Recipe
1 lb Venison burger
1 lb Sweet Italian sausage
1 whole (medium) onion Chopped
1/2 cup bell peppers (red and green)
2 medium sweet potatoes (peeled and cubed)
1 pint chicken broth
1 can tomato paste
1 large can of diced tomatoes (or a quart of home canned tomatoes)
2 tbsp sugar (white or brown)
ALL SPICES ARE ADDED TO PERSONAL TASTE
1 tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 to 1 tsp onion powder
1/2 to 1 tsp garlic powder
