Chili Cheese Mac

This is one of the quickest Ground Beef Recipes you can make to feed the family affordably. If you are looking for a quick and easy recipe with ground beef, it’s my Chili Cheese Mac. Chili Cheese Mac is something everyone will enjoy and it truly stretches the dollar with added pasta. The flavors are outstanding and the cheese just puts it over the top. Ingredients:
1 pound ground chuck
2 medium or large onion chopped chunky
1 green bell pepper diced
1 cup beef stock
1 can red beans
1 can diced tomatoes
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 (8ounce) can picante or tomato sauce
3-4 cloves garlic minced
1 teaspoon ground mustard
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon cumin
1 tablespoon chili powder
salt/pepper to taste
2 cups dry macaroni cooked
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Brown off the ground chuck over medium heat and then add onions and peppers. Cook till tender.
Add in the remaining ingredients except the macaroni and cheese.
Remove from heat.
Taste for salt and pepper.
Add in 1/2 the cheese and mix well to incorporate.
Sprinkle remaining cheese over top and toast under broiler or put on lid and let melt.
Spread remaining cheese over top
