CROCK-POT BUFFALO CHICKEN DIP
Ingredients:
1.5 lb Chicken (Shredded)
8 oz. Bag of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
2- 8oz packages of Cream Cheese
1 cup of ranch
1 bottle of Franks Red Hot Buffalo Sauce
Dump and Go, Cook on High for 1.5 hours. Stir at 1 hour. Enjoy!
CHILI CHEESE DIP
2 1/2 cups chili homemade, or 2 (14 oz cans) store-bought
4 ounces cream cheese , cut into cubes
2 cups sharp cheddar shredded cheese
1/4 cup salsa
Combine all in Slow Cooker. Cook on Low for 1-3 hours.
CHICKEN ALFREDO DIP
2 Tablespoons Butter
2 Tablespoons Flour
3 Tablespoons Minced Garlic
1 cup milk
8 ounces cream cheese
1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella – divided
1/4 cup grated parmesan
1 1/2 cups chicken – shredded
Salt and Pepper
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a small skillet over medium-high heat add the butter until it is melted. Whisk in flour to create a roux. Add in minced garlic and milk and whisk until smooth. Reduce heat and add in cream cheese and stir until smooth and creamy.
Add in 1 cup mozzarella cheese, parmesan, chicken, salt, and pepper and stir until combined.
Top with 1/2 cup mozzarella and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and bubbly. Serve with Carrots, Celery, Breadsticks, or Tortilla Chips!
